ApoloSign Smart Screen Setup:
1. Follow the manufacturer’s assembly instructions.
2. We recommend that retailers create a new Gmail account specifically for the kiosk set up process.
3. Be sure the kiosk is plugged in, powered on, and connected to Wi-Fi.
4. Once the kiosk is activated, visit the Google Play Store and download the RenARK App (search for “RenARK” to download the latest version).
5. Use your Renaissance-provided username, password, and unique store link to sign in to the RenARK App.
6. Once you’re signed in, the RenARK App will begin “syncing/downloading” catalog data from the cloud. This process can take hours, depending on the size and number of catalogs you have.
iPad Setup:
1. Visit the App Store and search for “RenARK” to download the latest version of the RenARK App on your iPad.
2. Use your Renaissance-provided username, password, and unique store link to sign in to the RenARK App.
